User management and roles
Professional
Learn how to open organisation management, edit organisation settings, manage members and invite new users.
User management is available on the Professional plan. Access it from the top-right organisation menu (organisation name and logo).
Open organisation management
- Open the top-right organisation menu (name + logo).
- Select Manage.
- Organisation controls open with General and Members tabs.
General tab
The General tab includes core organisation settings and critical organisation actions.
- Update profile – edit organisation name and logo.
- Leave organization – remove your own membership.
- Delete organization – permanently remove the whole organisation.
Members tab
Use the Members tab to manage member list and permission levels.
- Admin – can manage organisation, members, roles and invitations.
- Member – can work with content and workspaces without organisation admin controls.
Invite new members
- Open the Members tab and click Invite.
- Enter one or more email addresses.
- Select role (Admin or Member) and send the invitation.
- Professional includes up to 5 users.
- Additional users are billed at 20 EUR per user per month.
Tips
User management best practices
Keep Admin role limited to actual organisation owners. Review member access regularly and remove unused rights quickly.
Common issues
User cannot join organisation
Confirm the invitation email was correct and that user capacity is available. If needed, free up a seat or add additional user capacity.
