Pipeline view
Create a Pipeline view, define columns, and process uncategorised ideas.
In Lyyli, Pipeline lets you build custom Kanban views—for example by content type, campaign, or team workflow.
Grouping mode matters
Pipeline columns follow the grouping you chose—they are not automatically identical to each card's status metadata. Inspect the picker when something looks “out of lane”.
What Pipeline does
- Create custom views – build multiple Kanban views for separate use cases.
- Define your own containers – name columns freely (for example Newsletters, Social, Website).
- Keep normal Kanban behavior – cards are handled the same way as in the default Kanban view.
Creating a new Pipeline view
- Open the Pipeline view dropdown.
- Select New view.
- Enter a name for the view.
- Choose grouping and add the columns you want.
- Save by clicking Save.
Handling uncategorised ideas
After creating the view, uncategorised ideas remain available in their own column. You can drag and drop them into your custom columns exactly like in the normal Kanban workflow.
Tips
Build views by purpose
Create dedicated Pipeline views for content types, campaigns, or teams. The clearer the column logic, the faster your daily prioritisation becomes.
Common issues
The new view looks empty
First verify that you are in the correct workspace. Then make sure columns were defined in the new view and cards have been moved from the uncategorised column into your custom containers.
